How LearnVai works
A study coach that teaches material your student was assigned
Upload the syllabus, the worksheet, the reading — LearnVai builds a study plan based upon the actual course and practises against that, not a generic curriculum.
- Parent holds the account
- 24/7 student access
- Works from real coursework
- Low monthly cost
The difference
Built around a course, not a question
- Most AI tutors
- Answer information copy and pasted in. Helpful for one question, useless for a course — information does not carry over week to week.
- Homework apps
- Solve the problem and move on. The student gets an answer but does not see what he/she still cannot do.
- LearnVai
- Reads the course material once, keeps it, and practises against it all term. Every quiz comes from what the teacher actually set.
Four steps
From a folder of worksheets to a study plan
Setup takes a few minutes. After that the course keeps itself current as new material arrives.
-
Add the course
Name the subject and level, then drop in whatever you have: the syllabus, a unit plan, a photo of the whiteboard. Nothing has to be tidy.
PDFs, Word files and phone photos all work — text is pulled out automatically.
-
LearnVai reads it
Every document is turned into course context: the vocabulary, the concepts, the way this teacher phrases things. That context sits behind every later answer.
-
Practise against the real thing
Vocabulary quizzes, practice problems, flashcards and a chat that can explain a step — all generated from the course, so the wording matches the test.
-
See what stuck
Each session records what was answered confidently and what was guessed. You see the gap before the exam does.
Parents get the summary; students get the practice.
What it does
Everything runs off the course you set up
-
Takes any coursework
Syllabi, worksheets, readings, slide decks and photographs of handouts.
-
Builds a Course Brain
One store of context per course, so answers stay consistent all term.
-
Generates real practice
Vocabulary, grammar and problem sets drawn from the material, not a stock bank.
-
Explains, then re-asks
A wrong answer gets an explanation and another attempt, not just a correction.
-
Tracks what stuck
Confidence per concept, so revision goes where it is needed.
-
Keeps up with the term
New material folds into the same course; nothing has to be set up twice.
What we will not do
The lines we hold
-
Writing the assignment
LearnVai will not hand back an essay or a finished problem set. It practises; the student produces.
-
Selling or sharing student work
Uploaded coursework stays in your account. It is not sold, shared, or used to train a model.
-
Opening an account for a child
A parent creates the account and invites the student. Under-13 accounts require guardian consent.
-
Replacing the teacher
LearnVai works from what the teacher set, and points back to the material rather than around it.
Questions
Before you sign up
Does my student need their own login?
Yes, and you create it. You open the account, add the student, and choose how they sign in — a PIN on a shared device, or their own email once they are old enough.
What happens to the coursework I upload?
All documents are stored in your course and used to answer your student’s questions. Uploaded information is not used to train a model, it is not shared with other accounts, and can be permanently deleted any time by you.
Will LearnVai just do the homework?
No. LearnVai generates practice and explanations. Ask LearnVai for the answer to a set problem and it will walk through the method and hand the problem back.
How much material does LearnVai need to be useful?
One syllabus and one worksheet is enough to start. Accuracy improves as you add material your student's class is actually working from.
Can I use LearnVai for more than one child?
Yes. One parent account can hold several students, each with their own courses and their own progress.
