Contact
One inbox, and a person reads it.
No ticket queue, no support tiers, no chatbot trained on this website. Mail about LearnVai is read by someone who works on it — which makes replies slower than a call center and a good deal more useful.
- Email, not a ticket system
- Read by someone who builds it
- Most answers are already in the help center
The Address
Where to write
One address covers everything while LearnVai is small: a bug, a question about the bill, a privacy request, or telling us your student’s course is not on the list yet.
or write here
Send us a message
It lands in the same inbox as an email, and the reply comes back to the address you give.
What to send
Four things worth emailing about, and what to include
-
Something is broken
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot is worth three paragraphs. If it involves an upload, include the file name — that is usually enough for us to find it.
-
A question about your account or your bill
Send it from the email address on the account, or tell us what that address is. Never send a password or a PIN; nobody here will ever ask you for one.
-
Your data, or a deletion request
Say what you want removed — one file, one student, or the whole account. The privacy policy sets out what each of those actually deletes, and we act on these ourselves rather than routing them anywhere.
-
Your student’s course is not on the list
This is the most useful email we get. Tell us the subject, the level, and the textbook or curriculum if you know it. Courses are built one at a time, and the list grows from exactly these messages.

The help center answers most of it
One page, no login needed, covering setup through to the things that commonly go wrong. If your answer is in there you will have it now rather than on Thursday.
